Arctic Nails and Hair Salon

Niagara Falls Mayor Jim Diodati was on hand to welcome the new business to the community. He presented owner Bay Nguyen with a plaque to hang on the wall to commemorate this wonderful day! The staff of ten was around to help with the first 50 people who received either a complimentary Express Facial or a Paraffin Wax treatment.

All services were 15% off. They included hair services, manicures, pedicures, waxing, spa treatments, facials and paraffin treatments.
