Synchro is on the Move

In 2018, electrical engineering firm Synchro Engineering relocated to a newly renovated 4875 Kent Avenue facility. The new location provides expanded professional office space, in addition to enhanced production space for Synchro’s skilled electricians and other trades to meet the demands of a growing and diverse range of clientele. “Our new facility will allow our professionals to thrive, “ says Peter Zylstra, P.Eng., President of Synchro Engineering. “We take great pride in the experienced people that we employ and their contribution in making us an innovative, growing electrical engineering company.”

Founded in 1966 by Peter’s father, Synchro initially provided electrical contracting firm services in industrial maintenance, repairs and installations. Along with partners Dan Michitsch and Mike Dzugan, Peter deepened the company’s capabilities and expertise in electrical engineering and engineering services. Today, Synchro applies its engineering expertise to all types of applications: power systems, green energy, automation, panel builds, equipment service and general contracting. It works with a wide range of businesses, in multiple sectors including manufacturing, food and beverage, energy, utilities and mining.
