Attached is the City Public Notice proposing a temporary use By-Law and copy of the Draft By-Law (subject to change) to provide greater flexibility in establishing Outdoor Patios and Sidewalk Cafes for your review.
Invitation for public input/comments to be heard at the next City Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 3rd @ 4:30 p.m. must be submitted by March 2nd. Any public individual/group interested in making comments on this application or for viewing and/or participating in this meeting are encouraged to do so by using the methods noted on the attached Public Notice.
