Updates
On March 4, after a 30 day pause, the United States (U.S.) imposed tariffs of 10% on imports of energy products from Canada and of 25% on imports of all other goods from Canada.
- March 4, 2025 - Canada announces robust tariff package in response to unjustified U.S. tariffs
- February 27, 2025 - Niagara Industrial Association Statement on U.S. Tariff Threats
- February 11, 2025 - 25% tariff on steel and aluminum, effective March 12, 2025
